Jaensch buys office building for law practice

Jaensch Law Center LLC, a Sarasota company managed by Christopher Jaensch, has purchased a 1,965-square-foot office building at 2198 Main Street in Sarasota for $350,000 and financed the purchase with a $350,000 loan from the seller – Main St. USA Corp., a Sarasota company managed by Cheri Ann Rodgers.
Main St. USA paid $265,000 for the 38-year-old building in January 1998.
