Deborah Weston has sold two duplexes at 935 and 945 Gulf Boulevard in Englewood to Cairns Cove LLC for $800,000.

Cairns Cove, a Venice company managed by James F. Asselstine, peviously bought Weston’s Fish N’ Fun resort, a 10-building compex with 56 rooms at 985 Gulf Boulevard in Englewood for $7.7 million in June.

Weston’s company, J.S. Weston’s Inc., had filed for Chapter 11 in November 2010, listing $12.9 million in assets and $8.9 million in debts.
